Broadcast reports

Every send to an audience on a page of its own, with delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and each person’s copy.

Details

  • Broadcasts, in the sidebar, lists every send to an audience with its status, the audiences it went to and how many copies were sent, are waiting, failed or were skipped. It refreshes itself while a send is going out.
  • Each broadcast has a page. Overview gives the recipients, delivered as a share of sent, opened and clicked as a share of delivered, bounces and unsubscribes, with spam reports and failures when there are any, and a chart over time. Recipients lists every copy with its status, its opens and clicks and any unsubscribe, searchable and filtered by what happened, and opening one shows its timeline and the email exactly as that person got it. Details holds the sender, the audiences and when it was created, scheduled, started and finished.
  • Analytics compares broadcasts over an hour, a day, a week, 30 or 90 days, a year or all time: the totals, sends and engagement over time, the busiest days, the most opened, and a table with each one’s open and click rates. Pick up to 50 broadcasts or take them all.
  • A copy counts in the window it was sent in, with everything that happened to it afterwards. An open or a click counts a copy once however often it happens, and an unsubscribe is credited to the last broadcast the person got before it. Opens and clicks need tracking, and a send to an audience tracks them unless the sending address has saved its own choice. Test sends are left out.
  • A member other than the workspace owner sees only the broadcasts they sent. The same reports are on the REST API as GET /broadcasts/analytics and GET /broadcasts/{id}/stats, on the SDK as broadcasts.analytics and broadcasts.stats, on the command line, and on the MCP server as getBroadcastAnalytics and getBroadcastStats.
