Every vendor here except us bills per person per month, so the only dial that moves their bar is the number of people. Ours moves in steps rather than smoothly, because there are four prices and no per-unit term anywhere: free for a single person on 1 domain with 10 addresses and 10,000 sends a month, $30 a month past any of those or for a team, $80 past 5 domains or 70,000 sends a month, and $200 past 10 domains or 200,000 sends a month.
The sending dial moves nothing but our own step. Nobody on this page bills per message, ours included, and a calculator that quietly leaves out the input everybody worries about is hiding something even when the answer is zero.
List prices as published by each vendor, checked August 2026, at the annual rate wherever a vendor offers one. Ours is shown month to month, with the yearly price beside it. No account, no email capture, and the working is on the screen rather than in a report you have to ask for.
