権限は不要。1 つのアドレスから送れるのは 10 分間に 3 通までで、次の 1 通は support_rate_limited で断られる。アプリのチャットでは必ず先に確認する。

Write to the people who build OpenEmail, as the contact page does. The reply goes by email to the account of the person you act for, and the workspace is named in the message. Use it to report a bug or ask what the docs do not answer, never for mail meant for anybody else.
