枠を超えた使用量が請求されるかどうかと、これまでの金額。
例
billing:read が必要。金額は米セント単位。limits は選べる月間上限、prices は超過分の料金、period は従量課金の現在の請求期間で、設定されるまでは null。

請求に届くのはワークスペースのオーナーだけ: API キー、またはオーナーがすべてのアドレスで接続したアクセストークン。メンバーのトークンは 403 owner_only、特定のアドレスやドメインに限定したキーやトークンは 422 capability_unsupported になる。
