billing:read が必要。プランと請求の履歴にあたる。page と limit で請求をページ送りし、sort は newest または oldest、search はプラン、請求書番号、請求 ID、請求先の名前を検索する。

請求に届くのはワークスペースのオーナーだけ: API キー、またはオーナーがすべてのアドレスで接続したアクセストークン。メンバーのトークンは 403 owner_only、特定のアドレスやドメインに限定したキーやトークンは 422 capability_unsupported になる。
