Booking pages
Share one link and let people pick a time.

Hand people a link such as /book/sarah. They choose a length, a day and a time from the hours you are free, fill in a short form, and the meeting is on your calendar with them invited.

In short

What is a booking page?

A booking page is a public link that shows people when you are free. Instead of trading dates by email, they pick a time and leave their name and email, and the meeting is on your calendar with them invited. You decide what the page says and asks, and it offers only time that is free.

How it works

Only free time is offered

A page leaves out the events you made, the invitations you have not declined, the calendars you subscribed to, the meetings already booked on any of your pages and the days you are out of office. Two guests can never get the same time.

Confirm at once or ask first

A page either books guests right away or asks you first. When it asks, the time is held on your calendar as tentative while the guest waits. Accept sends them the invitation, and Decline frees the time and tells them.

Guests move or cancel by themselves

The confirmation and the calendar invitation come from your own address, and the confirmation screen has Add to calendar. Each email carries a private link where the guest can pick a new time or cancel.

What you get

In the product today

Guests can bring others

Let guests add other people when they book. Each person gets the invitation and every later change, sent from your address.

A page in your own words

Write a description with bold text, lists and links, add your own questions, and pick an accent colour and a light or dark theme. You also set the title and the summary shown in a browser tab and in search results.

From code and on the phone

The REST API, the SDKs, the command line and the MCP server can set up a page and accept, decline or cancel a booking. The phone app has booking pages too.

Good practice

Getting the most out of it

  1. 01

Check your hours before you share

Give each weekday its hours and say how much notice you need. The page then offers only what fits.

  2. 02

Ask first when you want the last word

Turn on Ask me before a booking is confirmed for meetings you want to look at first. The time stays held while you decide.

  3. 03

Put the link where people ask

Add the link to your signature or drop it into a reply, so people book a time and nobody has to trade dates.
