Pause, resume and archive
Pausing stops a live automation without losing anybody: nobody new enters and everybody inside holds at their step. Resuming carries on from there, and archiving retires the automation for good.

Somebody whose wait ended in the meantime moves on as soon as it resumes.
People who met the trigger while it was paused are not added afterwards.
Resuming checks the live version again, and is refused with 422 invalid_automation while a sender, a template or an audience it needs is gone.
Archiving cannot be undone. Everybody inside leaves with the reason archived, and the automation no longer counts towards the plan.
Only a published automation can be paused or resumed: 409 automation_not_published.
