What is mailbox analytics?
Mailbox analytics turns the mail you hold into counts: how much arrives, from whom and when. The unit decides the picture. By message, one long back-and-forth outweighs twenty receipts. By conversation, each counts once.

How it works
One filter, not three screens
Window and addresses sit in one menu and both ride in the URL, so any view is a link.
What is actually waiting on you
Inbox conversations whose last word was somebody else's, in four age bands. Shade carries the age, so the oldest band is darkest.
Split activity by address or person
One band per address or per person, with the rest folded into Other so the outline still adds up to the total.

Days and hours are bucketed on the offset your browser sends.

Activity says how busy it was. Waiting on you says what is still yours to answer.

Tick one address to see what that inbox alone is carrying.

Break activity down by person to see whose mail filled it.
Where it stands
Good to know
- How fast you reply
- Not built. It needs two messages and both timestamps, and only the newest message of each conversation is indexed.
- Older mail, by address
- Mail older than the delivery stamp cannot be attributed, and the panel says how many conversations that is.
- Daylight saving
- The offset is fixed per request, so a ninety-day window can slide an hour across the change.
