What is a catch-all address?
A catch-all accepts mail sent to any address on a domain, whether or not somebody created it first. Without one, an unknown name bounces.

How it works
One switch, on from the start
A domain you add arrives with catch-all on, and the dialog says so. Closing it is deliberate.
Addresses you invent on the spot
The alias exists the moment mail arrives for it, so there is nothing to create in advance.
The list stops, delivery does not
Recording stops at 500 auto-created addresses per domain, so a dictionary run cannot fill the list. Delivery carries on.
