Subscriptions
Every list that writes to you, on one page.
Subscriptions lists each newsletter and mailing list that writes to you, with how much it has sent lately. Unsubscribe, file it away or block it from the same row.
In short
What is an email subscription manager?
A subscription manager gathers the newsletters and mailing lists you receive into one list, so you can leave the ones you no longer read without hunting for each unsubscribe link. Here a message counts when it carries the headers newsletters and mailing lists add.
How it works
Unsubscribe, done for you
A one-click unsubscribe is sent from our servers. An emailed one leaves from the address the mail arrived at, with no signature, no tracking and no copy in Sent.
File what they sent, and what comes next
Choose Move to file everything a sender has already sent into the archive, the bin or a label, and tick Also move future emails to add a rule for whatever they send next.
See who kept writing
Unsubscribed senders move to the Unsubscribed tab, which marks any still emailing you two days later. Block stops a sender or a whole domain, the same way it does everywhere else.
What you get
In the product today
A whole domain at once
Switch the view to Domains, and one press of Unsubscribe from all covers every sender there that offers one click or email.
Search with is:subscription
Newsletters in the sidebar is the same set as a search, and is:subscription works in any search.
Ask the assistant
The assistant can list your subscriptions and unsubscribe for you, and the API, the SDK and the command line can too.
Good practice
Getting the most out of it
- 01
Sort by most unread
The senders you never open rise to the top, which makes them the easy ones to leave.
- 02
File the ones you still read
Move a newsletter you still read to a label and tick Also move future emails, so its next issues land there too.
- 03
Look again after two days
The Unsubscribed tab marks senders still emailing you two days later. Those are the ones to block.
