Can one address have its own signature?

Yes. Open the address and save one on its Signature tab. Anyone sending from it then signs with it.

What happens when I clear an override?

It is deleted, so the address follows All addresses again, including changes made there later.

Does the REST API return per-address settings?

No. GET /settings returns the All addresses view, so an address with its own signature or tracking may differ from it.

What are per-address email settings?

Mail settings usually live in one place, which works until one address needs a different sign-off. Layered settings store only what each level changes, and the rest follows the level above.

How it works

One answer for every address

All addresses is the workspace layer. It applies to everything the workspace sends, and whatever it leaves unset follows your account.

An address can answer for itself

billing@ can sign as the accounts team and send receipts untracked, while every other address keeps what All addresses uses.

Every send asks the From address

Composer, API, assistant, rule or schedule: each send is signed and tracked by its From address, falling back to All addresses.

Set once for every address

All addresses can override each one. Anything left unset keeps your account's value.
