초대를 수락, 거절 또는 잠정 수락하고 주최자에게 알립니다.
예시
calendar:write와 emails:send가 필요합니다. response는 ACCEPTED, DECLINED 또는 TENTATIVE입니다.

취소된 회의는 409 event_cancelled이며, 주최자에게 연락할 수 없으면 아무것도 바뀌지 않고 호출은 409 reply_not_sent입니다.
