예시
billing:read가 필요합니다. 요금제 및 결제가 보여 주는 내용입니다: 요금제의 청구 방식, 갱신 또는 종료 시점과 다음 청구, 도메인, 이번 달 발송량, 오늘의 AI 작업, 사용량 기반 요금. limit이 null이면 요금제에 한도가 없습니다.

결제에는 워크스페이스 소유자만 닿습니다: API 키, 또는 소유자가 모든 주소로 연결한 액세스 토큰입니다. 멤버의 토큰은 403 owner_only, 특정 주소나 도메인으로 제한된 키나 토큰은 422 capability_unsupported입니다.
