AI features run against your mailbox on every plan. Free spends 50 actions a day, Starter 500, Business 2,000, and Enterprise is unlimited. Mail is summarised and labelled as it arrives, and sending a message updates your writing-style profile; everything else waits for you to ask.
What to do
- The assistant, summaries, labeling and one-click replies work out of the box. There is nothing to connect and no balance to top up. Free simply stops at 50 actions for the day and starts again tomorrow.
- Web search is included too, and counts against the same daily allowance as everything else.
- Every prompt is readable and editable. Nothing is hidden behind a switch labelled "AI".
An allowance this generous is affordable because the model behind it is a small one, and every prompt here is a short single-turn job. Requests are sent with a no-retention routing preference, which skips providers whose policy allows keeping prompts for training; if none is left for a model the request fails rather than going to one that would. The embeddings behind search are the one exception, and stay on one fixed model for everyone, because a search index cannot mix vectors from two embedding models. We never train on your mail. Summaries and your assistant conversation are stored against your mailbox so they are there when you come back.
