As notas são privadas de quem as escreveu, por isso estas ferramentas leem e escrevem as notas da pessoa que ligou o cliente. Ler requer threads:read e alterar threads:write, e um cliente limitado a alguns endereços só alcança as conversas que chegaram a eles.
No chat da aplicação, acrescentar, alterar, eliminar e ordenar notas pergunta primeiro, a menos que o tenha pedido.

Delete a note from a thread for good. There is no bin for notes. Take the note id from listThreadNotes.
