feedback-request.txt

```
How was {{subjectName}}?
How did we do?
You {{interactionVerb}} {{subjectName}} on {{interactionDate}}. If you have two minutes, we would like to know how it went. It is read by a person, and it changes what we do next.
Leave feedback [{{actionUrl}}]
Would rather not? That is completely fine. This is the only time we will ask about this one.
{{footerNote}}
```

Shown with sample values. The HTML and plain-text tabs keep the placeholders.

About

## When to send it

Send it a few days after an order, a support conversation or a visit. It asks about that one interaction rather than the company in general, says a person reads the answers, and promises not to ask about it again.

Values

## What each send fills in

Required values have to come with every send. The rest fall back to the default shown here.

| Placeholder | Kind | Required | Default |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `{{subjectName}}` | Text | Required | None |
| `{{interactionVerb}}` | Text | Optional | ordered |
| `{{interactionDate}}` | Text | Required | None |
| `{{actionUrl}}` | Link | Required | None |
| `{{footerNote}}` | Text | Optional | You are receiving this because of a recent interaction. |
