## What is a scheduled email?

Scheduling splits the writing from the sending. The message is held until the moment you named, so it arrives in the recipient's morning rather than at two in yours.

How it works

## Waiting mail is on the calendar

Each message sits at its send time beside your meetings, so you can see what is still to go out.

## Open it, change it, move it

Recipients, subject, body and time stay editable until it goes. Cancel send calls it back.

## A repeated delivery sends nothing

Each waiting message has a record that sending claims first, so a second delivery of the same send finds nothing to claim.

   Pick the hour in the recipient's day, not yours.

   Read it again the evening before, while you can still change it.

   A body rewritten on the calendar sends as plain paragraphs. To keep formatting, cancel and rewrite in the composer.
