A designer applies your instructions and leaves the rest alone.

## Example

Needs `templates:write`. `instructions` says what to change. The change lands in the draft, and live sends keep the published version until you publish.

> A template written in raw HTML cannot be redesigned and is a 422 `invalid_template`.
