The private notes on one thread, pinned ones first.

## Example

Needs `threads:read`. The notes come back in the order the Notes panel shows them: pinned first, then the rest as they were arranged.

> Notes are private to a person. A key reads and writes the notes of the workspace owner, and an app those of the person who connected it.

> A key limited to particular addresses or domains reaches only the notes on threads that arrived at them, and any other thread is a 404.
