## POST /threads/{id}/notes

## Example

Needs `threads:write`. `content` is up to 20,000 characters, `color` is one of `default`, `red`, `orange`, `yellow`, `green`, `blue`, `purple` and `pink`, and `pinned` keeps the note at the top. Answers 201 with the note.

**curl**

```
curl -X POST "$OE/threads/thr_7c1e4a90/notes" -H "$AUTH" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{ "content": "Waiting on the signed contract before replying.", "color": "yellow", "pinned": true }'
```

  "threadId": "thr_7c1e4a90",
  "content": "Waiting on the signed contract before replying.",
