## GET /knowledge/levels

Every level you can see, how many items each holds and whether you may change items there.

## Example

Needs `knowledge:read`. The whole workspace comes first, then each domain, then each address. Pass a level’s `scope` when you add an item.

> `writable` is true at the whole workspace only for a caller that reaches every address, at a domain for one that holds the whole domain, and at an address for one that holds that address.
