## GET /account/notifications

Which kinds of email OpenEmail sends the person, and the workspaces muted on their phone.

## Example

Needs `account:read`. `email` has a row for each kind: `account` and `billing`, which are always on, then `activity` and `product`, which can be turned off.

> These calls act on a person, not on a workspace. An API key acts for the owner of the workspace it belongs to, and an app for the person who connected it. Reading needs `account:read` and every change `account:write`, and no role limits either.
