# Remove a connected app

Deletes every token the app holds and the access the person gave it.

`DELETE /account/connected-apps/{clientId}`

## DELETE /account/connected-apps/{clientId}

Deletes every token the app holds and the access the person gave it.

## Example

Needs `account:write`. The next call the app makes is refused, and it has to ask the person again. `tokensRevoked` counts the tokens deleted.

**curl**

```
curl -X DELETE "$OE/account/connected-apps/kZ3mQ9vT2xR7pL4wN8bY1cF6hJ5sD0aE" -H "$AUTH"
```

**Response**

```
{
  "object": "connected_app",
  "clientId": "kZ3mQ9vT2xR7pL4wN8bY1cF6hJ5sD0aE",
  "revoked": true,
  "tokensRevoked": 1
}
```

> An app the person never connected is a 404. Removing the app that makes the call disconnects it, so this answer is the last one it gets.
